Seems a lot of my posts start with “it’s been a while since I posted but I’ve been real busy” so I won’t do that. Even though it’s true.

I have a track on the new not-quite-released release from Auckland based electronic musician/producer NSU which will be out very very soon. It’s a collection of downbeat/chillout/ambient versions of his songs remixed by other NZ artists/producers. I had a lot of fun working on my contribution, here’s a wee taste for now:

I’ve been tidying up the music section of this site. Almost everything is now running through one bandcamp account which is easier both for me and for you. If you want to download stuff from several albums you shouldn’t have to keep entering your email address over and over now (I think). Let me know if it doesn’t work as you think it should.
I’ve got a few releases lined up for this year so I want to have all that running smoothly and bandcamp has proven to be a pretty awesome platform so far. I will have more of my music available through iTunes soon as well.

I’ve been recording with Kate Martin, performing with Karin Bettley, hosting a Friday evening show on TractorFM, and building new instruments (+ trying to draw schematics for them). But more about all that shortly. Really. No, really really.
