jammin

Thought I’d quickly share this wee mix of a very late night session from not too long ago.

AJ on harp. Me on loops & echoes & Stylophone (thanks Silence7!) Dharma Dog on BVs. Percussion added later.

This is awesome! I stumbled upon your blog randomly while reading comments on gapingvoid…the fact that we share the same name, that my blog is called p-side and the fact that I once lived in NZ…I don’t know some strange internet coincidence…I was hooked.

    Keep posting!

      Ha! That’s so cool.

Tell me, what does P-side mean?

Nothing fantastic. P stands for personal. Its complement is another blog called T-side where T stands for technical (I’m a software engineer). Just a way to split my interests using the old record analogy since music is something I can’t live without.

OOh, that’s a pretty sweet mix. Don’t know if i feel what that Dharma Dawg is doing these days, she went and got all mainstream – it ain’t like back in the day on a Wednesday when the crew was sitting on those corners y’all, you feel me son?

Yeah she’s slipping. Used to be she’d bark on the one every time.

Now she’s got a few credits under her collar she’s all like “I’ll just do my thing and you can all fit around me”.

          Divas.

Yeah I feel you son, these bitches gotta know their place y’all – and to me it sounds like it had a three on it though. I think Dharma Dawg needs to pick up her game or you might have to start docking her wages; she missed at least three beats on that song – that’s like a hundred she owes you.
            Can she count it off?
